About Kenneth Schwartz
Kenneth Schwartz, founder and CEO of Pantheon, grew up with dreams of construction management. As a kid, he can recall creating cityscapes out of blocks on the floor of his living room. He remembers clearly, around this time, visiting his dad’s business partner and gazing at the model of the the hospital complex in Manhattan. Kenneth knew then and there he’d forge a path developing cities and spaces where people can interact, socialize and conduct business.
Starting with a 14-year tenure at Tishman Construction in New York City, Kenneth has accrued decades of experience on both the construction and the owner side of the business. He’s served as Vice President of Development Management for Hilton Hotels in Beverly Hills, California, and worked as Vice President of Hotel Development for Disney Imagineering in Orlando, Florida. Paired with a decade of decade of experience in the Middle East, our founder has overseen the construction of many successful projects that total value of all projects that Kenneth has delivered exceeds $40.2 billon (YR 2023 $’s) with over 130 million sq. ft. constructed.
Kenneth is a standout development management expert in that he brings certainty to project delivery. This includes certainty around project costs, as well as delivery schedule and investment returns.
